How do I book a workshop?
By phone or WhatsApp (0543 725 72 44), or with the form on the contact page — the form composes your request as a WhatsApp message for you to review and send. All workshops are by reservation.
What ages are the workshops for?
We run workshops for every level from kindergarten to university; many are for ages 4–14. Each workshop page lists its age range.
How big can a group be?
Toy Painting Workshop packages take groups of 20–70; our two-storey workshop seats 80 students in total. For groups under 20, please get in touch.
How long do workshops take?
It depends on the package and workshop: Toy Painting packages run about 60–130 minutes (Çırak, Kalfa, Usta); other workshops range from 40 minutes to 4 hours. Times are listed on each workshop page.
Are the paints safe for children?
Yes — all painting uses EN71-certified, natural water-based acrylic paint.
Where is the museum?
The Eyüp Toy Museum is at the same address as our shop, on the floor above it: İslambey Cd. 55B, Eyüp Sultan, İstanbul. See the museum page for visiting details.
What are your opening hours?
Monday–Saturday 09:30–18:00; closed on Sundays.
How do we get there, and is there parking?
City buses: 33ES, 55, 55ET, 55EY, 55T, 99A. We are a short walk from the T5 tram's Eyüpsultan stop and the Eyüpsultan ferry pier on the Golden Horn; parking is available.
Why are there no prices on the site?

Can children with special needs join?
Yes — our workshops are adapted in content and pace. Just mention it when booking.
Can individuals and families join?
Yes. Individual visits run as storytelling (30 min) plus toy painting, by reservation.
Can we hold a birthday party?
Yes — birthday events for up to 40 guests, 4 hours, in a workshop full of toys.
