What we process
This is a showcase and reservation site; there are no accounts and the reservation form stores nothing on our servers — it hands your message to your own WhatsApp app for you to review and send. The only data we process is usage statistics collectedautomatically via cookies (online identifiers in the transaction-security and marketing categories; no name, contact or identity data is collected).

We also measure aggregate page statistics with cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics, which processes no personal data and needs no consent. Google Analytics sets no cookies unless you accept; if you decline, only cookieless, identity-free aggregate signals are sent (Google Consent Mode). Raw analytics data is retained in Google Analytics for at most 14 months. You can manage cookies from the preference panel on this page, or block and delete them entirely in your browser settings.
Purpose, legal basis and transfers
The geo-consent record that stores your choice is strictly necessary to provide the service and rests on legitimate interest (KVKK art. 5/2-f). Analytics data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1) to understand which pages work and improve the experience. Google Analytics data is processed on Google LLC servers in the United States; accepting also consents to this international transfer under KVKK art. 9. Your data is transferred to no other third party. You can withdraw consent at any time on this page.
Accepting also enables Google signals: for visitors who are signed in to a Google account with Ads Personalization on, Google links visits across devices and provides us with aggregate, anonymous demographic statistics such as age bracket, gender and interests. We never see this per person; it can also be managed in your own Google settings (myaccount.google.com).
Your rights (KVKK art. 11)
As a data subject you may:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information about such processing,
- learn the purpose and whether data is used accordingly,
- know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Turkey or abroad,
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- request erasure or destruction under the conditions of KVKK art. 7,
- request that corrections and erasures be notified to third-party recipients,
- object to a result arising against you from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Submit requests in writing or by e-mail to eyupoyuncakcisi@gmail.com, per the Communiqué on Application Procedures to the Data Controller; we respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If your request is refused, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
